When the home-product policy and the 2nd World War impose even more severe limitations to raw material imports, Marzoli starts the search for iron ores in Valtrompia and Valcamonica (reaching in 1942 a production over hundred tons per day). At the same time the Company secures itself power supply carrying out hydroelectric installations in Urago and Palosco with a total power of 3000 Kw.
