Yekta Fallah Sepahan is a subsidiary of Persian Holding which was established in 2003 in order to produce different kinds of yarn and textile products and effectively serve both the local and the export market.

The main requirement of Yekta Fallah is to produce different kinds of high-quality yarn and textile products, in order to meet in the best way, the need of different market.
To do this, it constantly upgrades its technical asset, implementing only the best technology available on the market.

Solutions

Yekta Fallah in 2016 decided to rely on Marzoli for its expansion strategy.

An order was released for the installation of:

The most advanced combing section: 1 LW3 lap winder and 4 combers CM7
The FT60D roving frame
MTR bobbin transport system with the IBC bobbin stripper
3 MDS1 spinning frames equipped with Marzoli pressure arms and compact system MAC 3000.

Results

“The new plant was started in 2017 and since then it has been delivering top efficiency results for the production of top quality combed compact Ne40 yarn” Mr Kolahdouzan, Factory manager, states.

Through the compact system Yekta Fallah improved its quality, thanks to a reduction of 25% in hairiness and an increase of 30% in strength.
